Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

A lovely autumn harvest of green grapes painted in watercolor on tissue paper, by Conni Schaftenaar.
I was interested in the idea of painting watercolor on tissue paper, which you can crumple up and get textural and color results similar to Masa paper. I found a beautiful photo of green grapes on PMP-Art.com, a free photo reference site for artists.
I drew the grapes and leaves with a Micron pen on regular gift wrap tissue paper. I had a backer sheet mounted on a board ready, and I then crumpled the tissue paper drawing and soaked it in water. I carefully opened it up and spread it out on the backer sheet, which I had just coated with a thinned mixture of school glue and water. I tried to be careful not to "smooth out" the tissue too much on the glue backer so as not to lose all of the creases and ridges. After letting that dry overnight, I could then start using water color.
I initially sprayed the whole thing lightly with a mist of Pthalo Blue and a mist of Aure...
